Chloe's mother was a heavy drug user and didnt stop when she found out she was pregnant with Chloe. Since she was born she has been told she was a mistake and either left at home alone whilst her mother went out to earn money on the streets or made to stay in the room whilst clients came to her mother, sometimes the clients trying it on with her too. Chloe hasnt spoken since she was three years old but screams enough to make up for it in her sleep.
School wasnt any fun for her either as she was bullied alot for not speaking not only from the pupils, but from teachers too. She made a friend with an older boy who found her interesting. They spent alot of time together and even though she never spoke to him he understood her. One night they were out on a drive when some jocks from their school drove them off the road and he died before getting to hospital. Since then she has been set on getting revenge and has been on a destructive rampage including burning down the gym/houses of the people involved, slashing tyers on cars of the people involved and even resorting to violence when she could. The school called the police but they didnt know what to do with her so sent her to Gravesend.
